Nike takes us deep into the archives to reintroduce a true gem, the Astrograbber. Originally released in 1974 as one of Bill Bowerman’s first-ever American football shoes, fresh on the heels of Nike's Waffle Trainer, the state-of-the-art Astrograbber was designed to better grip the old-school (astro) turf on American football fields. Now, this classic returns, refreshed with a smooth leather build, complemented by a two-tone colorway and vintage Nike branding, while a tonal rubber midsole and waffle outsole offer complete comfort.
